Report on functioning of Imperience (2013-2014)

 

Dear Brothers and Sisters, 

We are happy to gather today on this auspicious occasion of the birthday of Pujya Dr. K. C. Varadachari, the 30th day of the month of Varada in the 142nd year of the Lalaji Era. 

The centre was started in 2002 with the objective of educating aspirants in the Natural Path. Towards this end we have been conducting introductory courses in Pranahuti Aided Meditation, training programs for abhyasis, workshops, seminars and formal / informal interactive sessions on PAM. 

It is gratifying to note the message of the Master is reaching more hearts every day.  Abhyasis are visiting the Institute regularly and getting spiritually benefitted and are assisting in our research activities.  As part of the preparatory process for assisting aspirants better, Imperience is requesting people who are planning to visit, details regarding the purpose of visit, completed pind desh tool, basic and detailed evaluations of the commandments.  Abhyasis visiting Imperience are also requested to take the inner balance scan and the brain.exe analysis once a year atleast.

Training Programmes for Freshers 

The Institute conducts training programs for freshers on Second Saturday and Sunday of every month at most centres.  The information regarding the training programmes is done through advertisements and news items in newspapers.  Imperience requests abhyasis to inform interested persons about the training programs. 

The training program schedule has been revised effective July 2014.  The questionnaires used in the training programs have also been modified accordingly.  Training centres of the Institute are requested to obtain the latest versions of these by contacting Imperience. 

Training programs are regularly held at Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Tirupati, Bangalore, Pune and Delhi in India, Fremont, San Jose in the United States and London in the United Kingdom. 

This year training programs have started to be held regularly at Satkama High School, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. 

In all a total of 86 training programs were conducted during the year.  In response towards the training programs being conducted, this year 264 persons attended the training programs and of these 117 persons were introduced into the system. 

Personality Development program for children ages 15- 17 

One personality development program was conducted for children aged between 15 -17 years from 3rd May 2014 to 7th May 2014.  8 children attended the program. 

The objectives of this course is

·        To assist the children in developing a proper goal of life, to achieve stress free living, to assist in developing optimal performance in all walks of life, to develop proper attitudes and values in life

Topics covered in the course were

·         Life and its meaning, Goal of life, Role of Meditation in achieving our goal, Activities for improving focus, Time management, Health Management

The children were taught to meditate on supposition of Divine Light in the heart and there was a 30 minutes guided meditation session on each day.  Trataka was introduced as a tool for developing focus.  The quiz on procrastination was also given to students.  Students also took the brain.exe self assessment  test to help them understand the style of learning most effective for them. 

During the course, children wrote a report on each day articulating their reflection on the topic that was explained.  Based on the reports received, all children articulated their understanding of topics like Goal of life, Happiness, Contentment, Moderation and Balance and Peer Pressure.  They also reported their feelings after meditation on Divine Light.  The reports indicate that they have correctly learnt the technique of meditation on supposition of Divine Light. The major feelings that were reported were happy, peaceful, calmness, freshness and relaxation. 

For successful completion of the course, the children were awarded a participation certificate.  The next course is planned for January 2015.  Imperience requests abhyasis to inform interested parents about these programs

The following books were published last year 

1.    Second edition of Complete works of Dr. K.C.Varadachari Vol I

2.    Tales of Ancient India 

The booklet Srimad Bhagavad Gita in the light of the Natural Path was also reprinted during the Janmastami celebrations.

The books and periodicals published by SriRamchandra Publishers and Imperience are also published on our website.  Till date, there have been 194 publications from SriRamchandra Publishers and 28 publications from Imperience.  This year, our site sriramchandra.org had about 484 people visiting our website daily and accessing 7461 files every day.  Our site imperience.org had about 212 people visiting our website daily and accessing 1398 files every day.  Our Sriramchandra.org daily inspiration reaches 903 people every day and Dr. KCV.org daily inspiration reaches 555 people.

Abhyasis who have email accounts in the sriramchandra.org domain are reminded to check their email atleast once every 3 months.  The email accounts for such people who do not check regularly are disabled by the email provider and removed after a certain time.

They are also requested to use these email accounts while communicating to Rev. Sir and Imperience as there is a possibility of the email being filtered otherwise. 

Work done by Imperience last year 

·         A collection of ‘tales of ancient india’ was compiled and published

·         Articles about the system present in volume 10 of Complete works of Dr. K.C.Varadachari were identified and published in the second edition of Complete works of Dr. K.C.Varadachari volume 1.

·         A few unpublished talks in telugu given by Rev. Sri. K.C.Narayana were transcribed and published in Satyapadhamu

·         A revised edition of the story of Pujya Sri Lalaji Maharaj was prepared and is planned to be published next year

·         Lessons in spirituality taken from the book ‘Autobiography of a Sufi’ was compiled and is planned to be published next year

·         A set of slides based on the book Sri Babuji Maharaj – A sketch has been prepared to be used in the introductory course

·         A compilation of Srimad Bhagavad Gita in the light of the Natural Path by SriRamchandraji Maharaj, some select references on the Gita by SriRamchandraji Maharaj and the exposition of the Master’s article on Gita by Rev. Sri. K.C.Narayana is planned to be released during the Janmashtami celebrations. 

Current Work being done by Imperience 

·         Publishing of the reviews of Rev. Dr. K. C. Varadachari published in The Hindu newspaper is planned.

·         Work on ‘Sruti’ in telugu has been completed and is undergoing review.

·         A biography on the life of SriRamchandraji Maharaj is being planned.

·         A course on ‘Hinduism’ with slides prepared from the book is being planned

We acknowledge the contributions of Bro. I. Chalapati Rao who reached the abode of the Master on July 2 and wish him god speed in his spiritual journey of the higher worlds. 

Imperience is the institution of the aspirants in the path of the great Master Sri Ramchandraji Maharaj of Shahjahanpur who has given humanity the greatest boon of Pranahuti and the Natural Path to suit the needs of the modern man. We owe it to Him and to posterity to establish the scientific basis of the system.  It is a collective effort of all the abhyasis of ISRC, and we request you to help us in improving the quality of collective service.

Expenditure

During the current year 2013-2014, the expenditure incurred was Rs. 180086. This was met by the interest earned on the corpus which amounts to Rs. 330000.  Balance of Rs. 184914 is available.
